Once you arrive, you won't end up doing much driving as you're literally located right in downtown Breckenridge. You'll be two blocks from the Breckenridge Brewery/Restaurant and everything else historic Main Street has to offer, three blocks from the local supermarket and liquor store, and two blocks from the indoor/outdoor ice skating rink. Not convinced this is the best location? There's more... Walk to a great sled hill at Carter Park and enjoy immediate access to hiking on the Jack's Cruel Joke trail!

Don't believe the hype of those ski-in / ski-out condos. If you are that close to the slopes, that means you are not in town, where all the shopping, night life, restaurants, and beautiful people are! This property was perfect for our group of six people. The location was also ideal, close to Main Street and with a convenient grocery store, but away from the bustle. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The kitchen was also very well appointed. One of the best places we have stayed!

Communication with Stay Summit was excellent. If we had any questions, they responded in a timely manner.
This was our first time to Breckenridge. We loved the house and its location. The master bed was so comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. There was a free sledding hill behind the elementary school that we walked to with sleds from the house. We walked to the market for groceries. The walk to Main Street was easy. We could walk to the Quicksilver Lift too. If you come during Spring Break, order groceries a week before you arrive and make dinner reservations before you arrive. It gets really busy here.

Property was right off Main St. and convenient to all shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a big hit on the back patio. The trails were right out the front door and connected to too many to count. Home was roomy enough for two couples. But, we didn't realize, there is a separate suite downstairs with living area, bathroom & bedroom. It would be ideal for a three couple trip. Very good value at this property.

This home had everything to make a stay comfortable, great beds (bedroom upstairs on the left is a firmer mattress than the one on the right), extra pillows, fans, nice towels, awesome kitchen utensils and cookware, etc... We had no complaints. The view on the back patio is stunning and at night you can see the stars. They really thought of everything, but bring your own seasonings if you plan on cooking as well as K-Cups for the Keurig. City Market/Kroger is a 5 minute drive away if you need anything and priced well. Also, we walked to Main Street every day, there is a walkway behind the house that takes you there with ease. Highly recommend this home for your vacation!!

The timing and content of the communication before arriving is excellent. The information at the property was also very informative. We had a slight issue with the dishwasher and someone was out immediately to address it. It's embarrassing to admit, but I had my departure date a day later than what I booked and when SS notified me I needed to vacate they were understanding and very pleasant to deal with. It was 100% my mistake and they offered me another place to stay so I could enjoy my vacation with as little disruption as possible. Bottom line, SS is reasonable and professional. I would recommend staying at one of their locations.
The property was everything my family needed for our stay in Breckenridge. The kitchen is a bit tight and there is limited pantry space but the overall accommodations were everything I expected.

Second year that I've booked this house for family vacation. The location is wonderful. You can park the car and not move it unless you want to. There was enough space in the house for everyone. It is very nice to have your own hot tub and grill on the deck.
