A short walk across the street will bring you to the base area of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chair. Here's a local's tip: Peak 9 is the least crowded of all of the areas of Breckenridge Ski Mountain and has runs and terrain parks for every level. At the end of your ski day you can take easy green runs, like Lower American, Lower Lehman and Silverthorne to the very bottom where you can relax and après-ski on your short walk back home! Or, if you are feeling tired from your long day on the mountain, simply take the free town shuttle.

This condo is very spacious, quiet and well-supplied. It is a short walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. The bed and living room sofas were very comfortable. It was nice to have a garage to keep the car in. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay in Breckenridge.

The was a wonderful, well-located, nicely decorated and furnished property in which to stay. Stay Summit management is responsive and very pleasant to work with. They even left both a re-usable grocery bag and a City Market member card for our use. What a nice touch! Appliances all were fine - and the double-stacked washer/dryer are the most up-to-date we've seen in a rental. There is even a Keurig coffee machine and a good selection of spices. Very nice!
