Located on one of the top floors (6 of 7), you'll find all of the comforts of home at your fingertips and amazing views of town and the Tenmile Range from the comfort of your Village condo.

The spacious bathroom has been appointed with slab granite and two beautiful glass bowl sinks. A key feature when attempting to get ready for après ski and a night on the town after a long day on the slopes. Our fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all the essential cooking utensils you'll need to entertain friends and family with your cooking skills while they relax at the gorgeous stone breakfast bar or on the L-shaped sofa in the living area. After dinner, curl up on the couch or the King Sized bed for your favorite TV programs and movie night! 

Don't feel like cooking or going out on the town? Be sure to check out one of our favorite Italian restaurants, Sauce on the Maggie. Located on the plaza level, Sauce on the Maggie (formerly Taddeos) offers delicious food paired with great views of Maggie pond and the Ski Area!

In addition to the amazing in-unit amenities and location the Village at Breckenridge provides; the complex itself offers a complimentary concierge service, four outdoor hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool and shuttle around town, along with easy access to skier services, the Breckenridge Ski & Ride School and child care. 

Insider's Tip for renting at the Village at Breckenridge - for your satisfaction be sure to rent a remodeled condominium. Condominiums are individually owned and the quality varies greatly. Make sure that you see pictures of the EXACT condo you are renting before you book your reservation. This unit was rated a premium, top ranking condominium by independent assessments from both the Home Owners Association and Vail Resorts.

Stay Summit made this vacation rental very easy. They were easy to get in touch with and were very upfront about the rental, the total cost and all. I couldn't have been any happier with them.
Our stay at Peak 9 Inn couldn't have been better. They had an excellent assortment of kitchen tools, and we cooked breakfast every morning. The location couldn't have been better...we walked all over! It made for a perfect Breckenridge vacation, we would definitely visit again.

The condo is perfect - conveniently located to the slopes and everything in town! It is beautifully remodeled, very comfortable, clean and equipped with anything you could need. We definitely will try to get this unit if it's available for future trips!

The predestination information sent was very helpful. What to expect, see, do, ideas/suggestions, and links. I was able to plan my itinerary to maximizing my time beforehand.
WOW, I don't get out much, never been to far (from Boston, Ma) and was here by myself, June, for a wedding. They call it off season, I call it a great! Location, location, did I mention location? Came in parked the car (ok parking was no/charge then $! underground) that was it till I left. This unit is on the 6th floor and has mountain views, spectacular! Condo was clean, bathroom and commode are separated with doors. Ample towels & TP. I used the kitchen somewhat. It has necessary pots, pans, utensils. Stove is flat glass top, microwave, refrigerator looked new & clean, coffee pot, toaster. King Bed very sound. Sofa (pull-out sleeper) very comfortable. Ceiling fan nice touch as there is no AC, drawer space adequate, iron , information book helpful, TV, DVD, room has been kept well and looked bright & new. Used the pool a ton! The pool is half inside/outside-Great! Hot tubs, gym, bathroom, clean, towels. Pretty much at 8:oo am after yoga (at Meta Yoga) had the place to myself! Everything is walking distance from here! Shops, clubs, restaurants, sights, activates, bike, hike, etc. "Outstanding"! So I guess you can say I liked it call me & I 'll be back tomorrow!

Very nice unit, nicely updated kitchen with king bed, nice eastern view. Perfect location at base of peak 9. Walk to Quicksilver lift and Peak 9 restaurant, shops & lift ticket booth. Building staff very good, helpful and polite.

All Summit management and staff is very responsive, pro-active, hands on, and professional.
Very comfortable unit, great location, well managed. Nice remodel in bed and bath area to make better use of space. The coffee table on wheels is a big plus for this studio style unit. The geometry/size of the furniture layout in the "living area" works very well for a variety of layouts depending upon number of occupants. The hallway storage locker is a perfect addition to the the set up.

All Summit has been exceptionally responsive, accommodating. Very timely problem solving. Excellent person to person communication.
Very efficiently laid out studio unit, quite comfortable, nice kitchen appliances and good natural light with a modest view of the town. The pedestrian proximity to the ski lift and also to the town is near perfect. The hot tub, sauna and work out room are very good. Big Plus!: the hallway storage locker for ski equipment, empty suitcases, etc. Didn't love the hotel type hangers in the closet.
