Fees charged by Stay Summit

Our management fees are the lowest and most transparent in the County. They include the following:

    • A full service property management fee of 27% of monthly rental revenue.
    • No out-of-pocket startup expenses. Simply a one-time setup fee deduction from your first rental.
    • Credit card fees. We don't make any money on credit card fees, which means you don't pay them.  Instead, guests pay credit card processing fees.
    • Linens. If you choose to purchase your own sheets and towels, we charge ZERO FEES. However, most homeowners use our sheets and towels for a small fee.
